Organizer Jeff Allen says the show and swap meet runs Saturday and Sunday at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds and it’s a fundraiser for the group Bikers Against Child Abuse.
Allen says, “It’s a nationwide organization of motorcyclists helping in the prevention of child abuse, helping them get in to court, if they need financial aid, actually stepping in and protecting them from the perpetrators.”
The show is an annual event for Kearney and the surrounding region in support of the non-profit group.
“This will be our third year of doing it for them,” Allen says. “Every year, I had done a different charity thoughout the Kearney region. I’ve just stuck the last three years with Bikers Against Child abuse because they get such a good public reception.”
The show will feature vendors from all across the country as well as individuals showing off their motorcycles. There will be a diverse range of displays from jewelry and leather to World War Two armored vehicles.
