A west-central Nebraska motorcyclist has been killed in Wyoming after hitting a deer on the highway.
Wyoming authorities report 58-year-old Meddi Cote died at a Wyoming hospital from injuries suffered in the wreck. A passenger, 57-year-old Joyce Cote, was also taken to the hospital in Douglas, Wyoming for treatment.
According to Wyoming law enforcement, Cote was riding west on Highways 18 and 20 a few miles east of Interstate 25 when he struck a deer, causing his cycle to overturn.
