Four-star running back Jordan Stevenson commits to Huskers

July 31, 2015 By Tim Fisher

nebraska_cornhuskers-helmet-logoFour-star running back Jordan Stevenson announced Thursday on Twitter that he has changed his commitment to Nebraska after reportedly being denied admission at his first choice, Wisconsin.

Stevenson – a class of 2015 recruit – originally committed to the Badgers late last year, but was reportedly barred from enrolling because of unspecified academic reasons.

He reopened his commitment earlier this month, receiving offers from several programs such as Alabama and Texas before deciding on the Huskers, according to 247Sports.

The 5-foot-9, 185-pound Stevenson is ranked by different services between the No. 17 and No. 32 running back in his class.
