A news release from Gov. Pete Ricketts’ office announced the resignation, stating Webb submitted her resignation in order to pursue other opportunities.
Webb was to head the division under the Department of Health and Human Services at an annual salary of $142,000
“We wish Yolanda well,” Gov. Ricketts said in a written statement released by his office. “My administration has already commenced the search for the next Developmental Disabilities Division Director.”
Courtney Miller will serve as Acting Director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities at DHHS, according to the governor’s office. Miller now serves as the Deputy Director for Programs within the Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care at DHHS.
