Nebraska faces its first road test on Saturday with a visit to Miami. In a game matching two programs with a combined 10 national championships emotions are sure to run high as they did a year ago in Nebraska’s 41-31 win in Memorial Stadium.
Husker coach Mike Riley says with the first road game in a highly charged atmosphere it is critical they maintain composure.
“That’s the kind of thing we are going to have to deal with”, said Riley. “There is so much that is fun about the passion and emotion of football and there is hard stuff like that. You’ve just got to deal with because it is usually the player that retaliates that gets caught and that is where your team gets hurt.”
Kickoff in Sun Life Stadium will be at 2:30p.m. The game will be televised by ABC.
