A Loup City Public Schools agriculture instructor has been arrested for allegedly using a hidden video camera in a girl’s locker room.
Twenty-five-year-old Anthony Rahe was arrested Friday for two counts of unlawful intrusion, Class 4 felonies involving the recording of video in the girl’s locker room via a hidden device.
The device was discovered by a student Thursday evening. The student then notified a school staff member who contacted law enforcement. It’s not believed at this time that videos were shared with anyone, however the investigation is ongoing.
Rahe is currently in the Valley County Jail awaiting a bond hearing on the charges.
He has been suspended from his teaching duties and is barred from school property.
