Twenty-five-year-old Anthony Rahe, a high school agricultural instructor from Loup City, has been freed from the Valley County jail. He was being held on $50,000 bond.
Rahe is accused of secretly placing a video camera in a girl’s locker room at the Loup City Public Schools. He has been charged with two counts of unlawful intrusion.
Loup City is a small town of fewer than 1,000 residents located in central Nebraska.
Investigators do not believe the video recordings have been shared.
A December 3rd court appearance has been set for Rahe.
