Nebraska coach Mike Riley says his team cannot afford a let down against any opponent.
The Huskers kept their bowl hopes alive last week with a thrilling victory over Michigan State and now visit a struggling Rutgers team that is 3-6 overall. Nebraska is 4-6.
“We’re not in any position to even think we should have a let down”, said Riley. “Focusing on anything but Rutgers like what happened last week or what is ahead of us is going into a big time trap.”
Rutgers is 1-5 in the Big Ten but did have a near miss at home against Michigan State. Kickoff is 2:30p.m. and the game will be carried by the Big Ten Network.
