A 33 year old Omaha woman is facing more charges after an arrest last Saturday. Back in November, Jacqueline Eide was arrested after she was bitten by a tiger at the Henry Doorly Zoo. Allegedly she stayed inside the zoo after a Halloween event and was bitten while trying to pet the tiger. She was taken to a hospital and then booked for trespassing, criminal mischief and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Omaha police say Saturday afternoon they received a disturbance call at 30th and Mason Street on the city’s southeast side. They say Eide was holding a container of alcohol and was intoxicated. Police say Eide was verbally abusive when she was taken to police headquarters and she threatened officers, their families and tried to bite an officer.
Eide is charged with disorderly conduct and having an open container of alcohol in public.
