Former U-S Nebraska Congressman Hal Daub is remembering former First Lady Nancy Reagan as a person that was committed to her role in the White House and for her support of her husband, Ronald Reagan. Daub says he was freshman congressman at the time and he remembers Nancy was always there for Ronald whenever he needed her.
Daub says, “Her legacy will be the admiration for her life and the role model she provided on the work she did for “Just Say No” to drugs.”
Nancy Reagan died Sunday at age 94. Daub says he had the opportunity to meet with Nancy Reagan several times and was always a gracious host to all visitors to the White House.
