The Nebraska football team returned to the practice field on Tuesday to begin the second half of spring drills.
Defensive coordinator Mark Banker says the Huskers worked on some of their pressure packages.
“We had made some adjustments to those so we wanted to see if our defense would take to those based on some of the mishaps that we had and lack of execution”, said Banker. We had a chance to do that with about five different zone pressures so it was very productive.”
The Huskers return to the practice field on Thursday. The annual Red-White Spring Game is April 16.
