A Lincoln man has been sentenced to nearly three-and-a-half years in federal prison for possessing child pornography.
U.S. Attorney Deborah Gilg reports 39-year-old Brandon Bjorkman will have to serve five years of supervised release once he serves his prison sentence. Bjorkman also will be required to register as a sex offender.
Lincoln police discovered files on Bjorkman’s home computer with sexually explicit content involving girls under the age of 18 during an investigation a year ago. Bjorkman confessed to downloading the images form the Internet. Investigators founds thousands of images and videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
