Nebraska is preparing to deal with the crowd noise of Camp Randall Stadium as they get set to visit Wisconsin. It will easily be the most hostile atmosphere the Huskers have faced and offensive coordinator Danny Langsdorf says they have been pumping in the crowd noise at Memorial Stadium to get the offense ready.
“You know we haven’t really gotten that from our road games”, said Langsdorf. “Maybe Northwestern from our own fans for than anything. We expect a pretty rowdy crowd for a night game at Wisconsin.”
Langsdorf says the strength of the Badger defense is the linebackers and Wisconsin senior Vince Biegel says Husker quarterback Tommy Armstrong is the key to the game plan.
“Tommy Armstrong is really the wheels of the offense”, said Biegel. “He is a dual threat quarterback who can hurt you with his arm and his legs. Our game plan will probably center around him and we are looking forward to the challenge.”
