State troopers are releasing the name of the woman who died in a weekend crash in western Nebraska.
The Nebraska State Patrol says a car that was westbound on Interstate 80 went out of control, crossed the median and hit an oncoming vehicle near the Lexington interchange.
It happened late Saturday afternoon.
The woman who died is identified as 19-year-old Lexa Douglas of Omaha.
Troopers say Douglas was a passenger in the car that crossed the median.
It was driven by 20-year-old Elijah Helms of Gretna. Helms and three other people were injured in the crash.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
