October 31, 2016 By Matt Kelley

police-car-lightsState troopers are releasing the name of the woman who died in a weekend crash in western Nebraska.

The Nebraska State Patrol says a car that was westbound on Interstate 80 went out of control, crossed the median and hit an oncoming vehicle near the Lexington interchange.

It happened late Saturday afternoon.

The woman who died is identified as 19-year-old Lexa Douglas of Omaha.
