A 40-year-old Aurora man has been taken into custody without incident after a female accused him of sexually assaulting him.
The Nebraska State Patrol reports Ross Carstensen was arrested Tuesday after a search warrant was served at his home, where investigators seized computers and other electronic devices.
The alleged victim is not named in the patrol news release. Her age is not given.
She told investigators on October 20th that she agreed to meet with a male who went by the name of “Brandon” on a social media site, but when she arrived at an Aurora park the man who met her didn’t look like “Brandon.” He told her he would drive her to meet with “Brandon,” but when they arrived at a house “Brandon” wasn’t there. She claims the man sexually assaulted her, before driving her back to her car.
Carstensen is in jail in Hamilton County on a charge of First Degree Sexual Assault.
