A 39-year-old Funk man has been sentenced to five-and-a-half years in federal prison for possessing child pornography.
Federal prosecutors say Joshua Just will also have to serve seven years of supervised release and register as a sex offender after he serves his prison sentence. He also has been fined $1,000.
Investigators from the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office discovered Just had subscribed to an IP address with child pornography files available for sharing. Investigators seized computer equipment after serving a warrant on his residence. An examination revealed more than 22,000 videos and image files, 209 categorized as “files of interest” related to past child pornography investigations.
