Creighton is the nation’s hottest baseball team and the Bluejays return to action at home by hosting former Missouri Valley Conference rival Wichita State. The Jays bring a 10-game winning streak into the contest after sweeping a three game series against Villanova.
Creighton is 18-16 overall after opening the season 1-11.

In the first meeting since Creighton left the Missouri Valley Conference last season, the Shockers posted a 7-3 win on May 10, 2016. Under Servais, Creighton is 26-16 against Wichita State. The Shockers are 18-21
