Winter is has returned to rearrange final spring exams at The Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture.
The College of Technical Agriculture in Curtis, south of North Platte, has sent out a notice that it will have 2017 Spring semester final exams on Monday, but will reschedule the 8am exams.
NCTA Dean Ron Rosati announced from campus Sunday afternoon.
“Due to deteriorating weather and road conditions, NCTA’s final exams scheduled for 8 a.m. Monday, May 1, have been rescheduled for 3 p.m. in the same location,” Rosati said in a written statement released by the college. Exams scheduled for 10am, 1pm, and 3pm will be held as scheduled.

Though weather and road conditions are expected to improve overnight, students and employees are encouraged to use sound judgment regarding the safety of travel on Sunday evening and Monday morning.

“Employees may choose to use vacation time if they wish to arrive to campus later on Monday,” Rosati said. “Safety for those traveling is of utmost concern.”
