Omaha police have identified the body taken from the Missouri River Sunday as 32-year-old Tyler Owen of Milford, Iowa.
The Omaha Police Department reports foul play is not suspected in the death of Owen, though the department has not released many details. The investigation is ongoing.
Police responded to a call Sunday afternoon about a body floating in the Missouri River. Rescue crews from the Omaha Fire Department and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office recovered Owen’s body from the river near Eppley Airfield.
