A driver faces the possibility of being charged with driving drunk, leading to a fatal wreck in which his sports utility vehicle crashed into a forklift.
Omaha police report 43-year-old Randy Davis of Omaha has been booked into the Douglas County jail on suspicion of driving under the influence Wednesday afternoon.
30-year-old Chestrina Wilson-Gibbs of Omaha, a passenger in the SUV, died of massive internal injuries suffered in the accident.
According to police, Davis lost control of the SUV and collided with a large forklift at a construction site in Omaha.
The driver of the forklift was not injured.
