The Nebraska State Patrol has arrested a South Dakota woman involved in a fatal crash.
Kimberly Eagle Bull, 32, of Pine Ridge, South Dakota, faces charges of Motor Vehicle Homicide and Driving Under the Influence.
Investigators say she was driving a minivan when she lost control of the vehicle north of Chadron on Slim Butte Road. Six people were injured after the van rolled. One of them, six year old Christina Roubideaux, died Sunday at Denver Children’s Hospital. Another child also was air-lifted to Denver for treatment.
Troopers report Eagle Bull also faces charges of Open Container, False Reporting, Child Abuse/Neglect, and Failure to Use a Child Restraint. The Dawes County Attorney will make a final determination on official charges.
