The national “Mom’s March for America” is this Saturday at the Ralston Arena. This is an opportunity for mothers to gather and discuss the powerful influence they have on homes, their communities and the nation as a whole. Author and businesswoman Candy Carson, wife of HUD Secretary and former presidential candidate Ben Carson is one of the guest speakers. She says the role of mother continues to expand.
Carson says, “We have so many problems that are facing our country between the grid and its vulnerabilities. Our over $20 trillion in our debt and we are passing that on to our children. Before, our people would try to make things better for the next generation. We are making it worse. We are stealing from them.”
Carson says the future of nation is in the hands of mothers because they are the ones helping children learn about the virtues of our country and what our destiny can be.
Carson will will be joined by Sarah Palin, Missy Robertson of Duck Dynasty and actress, author Sam Sorbo.
A Ladies Liberty Convention starts Friday morning and continues throughout the day. The “Mom’s March” officially gets underway Saturday with lunch, speakers and an evening banquet. General and VIP tickets are available and for more information log on to momsmarchusa.com.
