Troopers seized more than 20 pounds of methamphetamine and 4-and-a-half pounds of high grade marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 80.
The Nebraska State Patrol reports troopers stopped the sports utility vehicle late Monday morning for speeding. The driver, 45-year-old Sean David Kramer of Prescott, Arizona, was clocked driving 87 miles per hour in Seward County.
The trooper who pulled the SUV over determined he had probable cause to search the vehicle. Troopers brought to the scene found 20 packages of methamphetamine and seven packages of marijuana. The meth totaled 20.2 pounds. The marijuana totaled 4.5 pounds. The estimated street value of the drugs totals $225,000.
Kramer has been jailed in Seward County, charged with possession with intent to sell meth and marijuana as well as not having a drug tax stamp.
