A 31-year-old Papillion man has been sentenced to five-and-a-half years in federal prison for receiving child pornography.
The United States Attorney’s Office reports Justin Haynes will have to serve five years of supervised released after he serves the prison sentence. He also will be required to register as a sex offender.
Investigators served a federal search warrant on Hayne’s home in Papillion in February of last year. Haynes confessed to downloading and saving videos of child pornography. Several of the videos were of children younger than eight-years-old and some under five engaged in sexually explicit conduct, according to federal prosecutors.
