An Endangered Missing Advisory has been cancelled by the Nebraska State Patrol after a toddler taken from a Grand Island day care by his biological father was returned to his mother.
18-month-old Parker Sain has been returned unharmed after being located in Kansas.
NSP issued the advisory after 26-year-old Joshua Sain picked up the boy from day care. The Grand Island Police Department believed the boy might have been in danger.
Joshua Sain faces warrants in Merrick and Howard Counties.
Authorities say Joshua Sain and the boy’s mother talked at various times since the advisory had been issued Tuesday.
NSP cancelled the advisory late Friday afternoon.
