Three-star running back Thomas Grayson out of Tulsa is the latest commitment in the Nebraska football team’s 2019 class.
He’s the fourth verbal commit in this class and the first one from out of state.
Grayson was on campus for Junior Day this past weekend, and announced his commitment over Twitter on Monday afternoon.
Grayson received an offer from Nebraska in late March and also held offers from Tennessee, Syracuse, Tulsa and several others.
“I am absolutely excited about being part of that offense,” Grayson told HuskerOnline. “(Running backs) coach Ryan Held and I have talked a lot about how they want to use me. I am a great receiver out of the backfield.”
Grayson will also visit Nebraska for the Spring Game on April 21.
The Huskers’ 2019 class currently sits at 32nd in the country and 8th in the Big Ten on 247 Sports.
