State troopers have seized nearly a ton of marijuana as well as other drugs worth more than $5 million during a traffic stop in southeastern Nebraska.
The Nebraska State Patrol reports a trooper early Wednesday evening pulled over a van driving on the shoulder of Highway 81 at mile marker 36 near Geneva in Fillmore County.
A NSP drug dog brought to the traffic stop indicated drugs were in the vehicle.
