State troopers seized 182 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in eastern Nebraska.
The Nebraska State Patrol reports troopers pulled over a car for speeding Thursday afternoon near Beaver Crossing.
Troopers found several duffel bags filled with marijuana hidden under a blanket in the rear of the van. The marijuana is estimated to have a street value of $546,000.
The driver, 54-year-old Lori Potter of Lebec, California, and her passenger, 22-year-old Rachel Winstead of Edmonds, Washington face numerous drug charges and are jailed in Seward County.
