Kershaw’s outing is reportedly supposed to last four innings. Kershaw is expected to rejoin the Dodgers next week. He’s been on the disabled list since May 31 with tightness in his lower back.
A three-time Cy Young Award winner and seven-time All-Star, Kershaw has been with the Dodgers organization since 2006 and has been pitching in the majors since 2008.
Saturday’s game between the Dodgers and Storm Chasers is set for 7:05 p.m. central. Tickets can be purchased at milb.com/omaha.
