A 32-year-old man arrested in Omaha has been sentenced to a year-and-a-half in federal prison for failing to register as a sex offender.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office reports Lucas Lacy had been sentenced to five years in prison in 2009 for receiving and distributing child pornography. After serving his prison sentence, Lacy was placed on five years of supervised release. His supervised release was revoked, and he was sent back to prison for nine months.
Lacy failed to register his address with the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry and was arrested November 7th of last year.
