It is possible a medical condition caused a fatal wreck in Omaha involving three cars.
Omaha police say witnesses report a sport utility vehicle traveling east on Maple Street began to weave, went over the curb, drifted across both lanes of traffic, then went over the median.
The SUV ended up in the westbound lanes where it hit a pick-up and a car nearly head-on.
Police say 49-year-old Kenneth Evans of Omaha, the driver of the SUV, died at the scene.
The driver of the pick-up suffered a knee injury the two in the car were not hurt in the crash.
Omaha police say they are investigating whether Evans suffered a medical conditions which led to the erratic driving.
